Day 2, Carpathian Mountains of Romania

Today we had around 86 miles to make. The landscapes of Romania are simply stunning and ever so picturesque… We were climbing the mountains and some of them higher than 2500 meters! The weather was again very changeable: one minute sunny, the very next thunderstorm. The atmosphere around is very cordial, people of Transylvania are very hospitable, and the food…the food is just delicious! Some of us have already declared their participation in next year expedition
